Description

You will own the technical direction and architecture of Salesforce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and architect technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions across Loyalty Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, from initial design through to deployment.
• Design data models, system architecture, and integration strategies for complex systems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical role.
• Mandatory expertise with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration techniques, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and Application Architect principles.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience designing complex, end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
