Lead technical design and architecture for scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and core platform capabilities.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and architecture documents.
• Enforce coding best practices, rigorous testing standards, and efficient deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and integration challenges.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Proven track record designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to lead technical design and solution delivery for enterprise projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring teams and leading technical initiatives.
• Up-to-date knowledge of latest Salesforce releases and industry best practices.
