You will design and architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions while managing technical debt for long-term maintainability.
• Lead technical teams through implementation and delivery of complex solutions.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems like ERP or marketing automation platforms.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate architectural designs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Extensive experience with data modeling and integration technologies.
• Proven ability to design integrations with ERP systems.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience advising clients on implementation approaches and best practices.

• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
