Description

You will design and own the Salesforce Service Cloud architecture for customer service and support solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design, including data models, integrations, and security models.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, CTI, and Knowledge.
• Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative configurations.
• Define and implement integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and tools such as MuleSoft.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
• Expertise in Service Cloud features (Case Lifecycle, Omni-Channel, CTI, Service Console, Knowledge).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing rules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
