Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions in Cary, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design the organization strategy and data model for Salesforce implementations.
• Lead the implementation of technical solutions for identity, access, data, and process integrations.
• Architect solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy requirements.
• Provide guidance in solution design and negotiate functional requirements.
• Champion CRM best practices to unify customer profiles across Marketing, Sales, and Service.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce Developer and Admin certifications.
• Experience migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Einstein AI technologies.
• Expertise in Data Model design and technical solutions.
• Proven ability to design for large data volumes.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud integration.
