Description

Design and architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architectures and integrate them with external systems using APIs and data models.
• Lead technical project teams by providing guidance on architecture, development, and DevOps best practices.
• Develop Salesforce proof-of-concepts and technical solution designs to support sales and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with clients to understand unique requirements and present technical solutions to gain buy-in.
• Mentor junior team members on implementation approaches and client expectation management.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of combined experience as a Salesforce Developer and Technical Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience in data modeling and integration methodologies.
• Experience implementing automation strategies to streamline workflows.
• Ability to document technical solutions effectively for knowledge transfer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation.
• Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud, OmniStudio, Heroku, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience integrating with higher education systems such as SIS, LMS, or Advancement.
