You will lead technical design and architecture for complex Salesforce implementations, translating business strategy into scalable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
• Lead technical design sessions to align solutions with client objectives and manage technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Provide expert-level assistance to developers and manage execution of test plans.
• Coach and mentor junior technical resources to support their professional development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Architecture Patterns and Styles, Microservices Architecture, and creating Architectural Diagrams.
• Ability to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills to manage technical scopes and expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing technical delivery for large-scale enterprise integrations.
