Description

You will lead the architectural design and solutioning for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall architecture design and ensure solutions follow configuration-first principles and OOB features for scalability.
• Lead solution discussions and present technical options to customer IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage technical dependencies.
• Liaise with development teams to define requirements for FSL Mobile App and enterprise mobile implementations.
• Manage the DevOps CI/CD pipeline for continuous integration and delivery of code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect and 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
• Expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Wire Service, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proficiency in API integration, Mule, and Connected Apps.
• Experience with Flow, Process Builder, Workflow, and Platform Events.
• Knowledge of Aura, Visualforce, Custom Metadata, and Custom Settings.
• Experience with security models including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Remote Site Settings.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Architect level certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing mobile applications in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Tealium tagging, SEO, and Accessibility.
