Design and manage the delivery of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to long-term client growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to translate business requirements into user stories and design documentation.
• Architect solutions involving Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Automotive Cloud, including complex data models and API integrations.
• Manage project lifecycles, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation from discovery through post-deployment support.
• Provide technical leadership through effort estimation, pre-sales support, and mentoring developers.
• Recommend best practice architectures and articulate solution feasibility, risks, and benefits to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in software architecture and delivery.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
• Proven experience integrating systems via APIs and handling complex data models.
• Strong background in custom development and business process automation.
• Experience managing complex project phases and resource planning.
• Experience with Classic to Lightning migrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Continuous learning via Trailhead and industry seminars.
