Description

Design and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and programmatic tools.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation tools.
• Develop technical designs, perform testing, and ensure high-quality delivery through unit tests.
• Build integrations and data migration components using declarative and programmatic Salesforce tools.
• Support the Program Management Office and end-users by resolving technical requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Developer.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience with Vlocity / OmniStudio platform.
• 5+ years with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience developing applications with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
• Experience with data migration and designing solutions on the OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and guide teams working with OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation components.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration including Workflows, Validation Rules, Roles & Profiles, Reports, and Dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• 6–12 months hands-on experience with OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
• Salesforce Developer and/or Architect Certification.
