Description

You will lead the design and development of complex applications on the Salesforce platform, owning the full lifecycle from proof of concepts to production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate Salesforce customizations and architectural approaches.
• Provide operational support for Salesforce environments, integrated systems, and installed managed packages.
• Partner with internal developers and external firms to deliver on specific business requirements.
• Provide on-call and overnight support as required to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Sales Automation.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Visualforce.
• Proven capability in data and integration architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementations.
• Knowledge of Territory Planning and Experience Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading external vendor partnerships for complex delivery.
