Description

Design and implement cloud-based business technology solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex and Visualforce.
• Lead technical projects, including business process analysis and technology component delivery.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from requirements and specifications to testing and deployment.
• Guide customers to leverage standard cloud functionality, minimizing unnecessary custom code.
• Mentor local and offshore team members and evaluate technology trade-offs to work around platform limitations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in a hands-on technical leadership position.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com development, configuration, or integration.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Experience with application integration and data migration.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce System Architect certification.
