Description

You will design and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform while leading a team of technical resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture based on E&U Cloud and Vlocity capabilities.
• Lead and mentor technical resources to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders and system analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage complex deployments by interacting with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing total cost of ownership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Proficiency in OmniStudio and Experience Cloud.
• Advanced coding skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Web Services, Triggers, Workflows, CSS, and HTML.
• Proven ability to design and build Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
• Experience with business process definition, reengineering, and design thinking.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.
• Salesforce Certified Architect credentials.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Einstein Analytics.
