Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design for complex enterprise implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and design discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Design high-level and low-level technical architectures, prioritizing Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Architect and support integrations with third-party systems and ITSM tools.
• Design and manage Salesforce data models, including data loading, migration, and transformation activities.
• Own solution design and architecture documentation within an Agile/Scrum delivery model.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform as a Technical or Solution Architect.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
• Strong experience designing solutions using standard/Out-of-the-Box Salesforce features.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data loading, migration, and data governance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools migration to Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for leading client-facing technical discussions.
