Description

You will lead end-to-end technical delivery for Salesforce implementations across Service, Experience, and Sales Clouds.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional designs into technical specifications, data models, and integration patterns.
• Design and implement complex Case Management solutions using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Migrate legacy systems to modern Salesforce architecture while maintaining data integrity.
• Make architectural decisions during the build phase to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Architect role.
• Expert-level implementation of Service Cloud and Case Management.
• Proven expertise in Experience Cloud for customer-facing portals.
• Strong background in integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Enterprise data modeling, complex data migrations, and master data management.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on integration with SAP ERP systems (ECC or S4HANA preferred).
• Experience with enterprise middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or SAP PI.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
• Experience with CPQ implementations and complex quoting workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
