Description

You own the design and technical strategy for complex Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture.
• Create comprehensive Technical Solution Blueprint and High-Level Design (HLD) documents.
• Define data models, integration patterns, and system architecture.
• Lead technical and functional discovery sessions with client stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices and governance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Salesforce implementation and architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Lightning Platform, Integration Patterns, Flow, Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and BRE.
• 5+ years in the insurance industry (P&C, Life, or Health).
• Expertise in data modeling and integration architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware platforms.
• Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance requirements.
