Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform, managing client projects from concept to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design flexible, sustainable technology solutions by analyzing client requirements.
• Lead team members through the full project lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Develop system integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Conduct discovery workshops and support pre-sales activities including scope estimation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development.
• End-to-end implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Functional understanding of LWC, FSL, Salesforce Marketing, and Wave Cloud.
• Expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, and Case Management processes.
• Proven experience in application development and integration using various design patterns.
• Experience working with AppExchange products.
• Practical experience using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to design integrations via SOAP and REST APIs.
