Lead technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce ecosystems.

Responsibilities
Provide architectural direction to development teams and resolve critical technical issues.
Document architecture and design patterns while guiding development teams.
Collaborate with developers and integration teams to implement solutions aligned with architectural designs.
Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Analyze business requirements and provide technical feedback to functional architects and Product Owners.
Required Skills
12+ years of total professional experience, including at least 10 years focused on Salesforce.
Expertise implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Call Center, Chatter, Einstein, and AppExchange applications.
Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and development using Flows, Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura or LWC).
Proven ability to design reusable, extensible, scalable, and maintainable applications.
Experience with data mapping and migrating data from legacy systems to Salesforce objects and fields.
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Snowflake, Service Mesh, Fabric Architectures, and other SaaS applications.
Ability to design solutions outside the Salesforce platform using Heroku, AWS, and languages such as Python or Node.js.
Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Competency in setting up CI/CD processes using Scratch Org or Sandbox-based approaches.
Preferred Skills
Experience integrating enterprise software such as Chorus, Gainsight, Outreach, or Seismic.
Experience designing inbound data connections with data marts on Snowflake or AWS.
Architecting integrations with ERP/NetSuite, Data Warehouses, or ecommerce platforms.
