Description

Lead technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients in a consulting capacity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and administer the Salesforce platform, focusing on Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
• Manage full-lifecycle implementations and execute multiple project deployments.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
• Lead technical teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Handle release and environment management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 8+ years in a technical leadership position designing and developing Salesforce platforms.
• 8+ years of experience in a technical consulting capacity.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, AURA, and LWC.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Valid Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security model and development best practices.
