Description

Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce systems in Kolkata, India.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical architectures for complex, full-lifecycle Salesforce enterprise projects.
• Collaborate with business and IT executives to define technical solutions that fulfill business requirements.
• Lead and mentor technical developers through design, coding, code reviews, migrations, and deployments.
• Evaluate Salesforce.com capabilities against third-party solutions to determine optimal architecture.
• Implement architectural, design, and integration patterns within an enterprise landscape.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical architecture design and implementation of enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of experience creating technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce.com architectural concepts and their influence on design.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise integration technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and either Japanese or Korean.
• Experience working within globally distributed or onsite-offshore models.

Preferred Skills

• RedHat Fuse or Camel certifications.
• Experience with DevOps (CI-CD) design and implementation for enterprise systems.
• Background in the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
