Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce Agentforce solutions including Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Voice, Live Agent, and Einstein AI features.
Design solutions leveraging Case Lifecycle Management, Macros, Quick Text, and productivity tools.
Apply deep understanding of Omni-Channel routing, Einstein Bots, Voice, and Live Chat.
Utilize Salesforce APIs, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for development.
Required Skills
15+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
8+ years specifically as a Technical Architect.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and Agentforce.
Proven experience with Service Cloud and Agentforce / Agent Workspace.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex, and LWC.
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Model, Security, and Sharing rules.
Experience with Voice and Live Chat functionality.
