Lead the design, development, and optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
• Architect solutions supporting complex pricing models, discount structures, and subscription-based billing.
• Develop custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, and integrations.
• Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor developers on Apex and SOQL best practices.
• Lead enterprise system integrations and oversee data migrations for CPQ implementations and upgrades.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ platform).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems such as Marketo, Informatica, Oracle Financials, Copado, or Conga CLM.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
• Ability to ensure solutions adhere to security best practices and Salesforce governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM).
• Salesforce Architect-level certifications including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, or CPQ Specialist.
