Salesforce Technical Architect

You will lead the design, development, and optimization of a complex Salesforce ecosystem focusing on Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing).
• Architect systems to support complex pricing models, discount structures, and subscription-based billing.
• Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Lead Salesforce CPQ migrations, upgrades, and related data migrations.
• Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor developers on Apex and SOQL best practices.
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems and ensure adherence to security and governance frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ platform).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Copado, or Gearset).
• Proven track record integrating Salesforce with third-party systems such as Marketo, Informatica, Oracle Financials, Copado, or Conga CLM.
• Ability to lead technical design and manage stakeholder communications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM).
• Salesforce Architect-level certifications (Technical Architect, Application Architect, or CPQ Specialist).
