Description

You will design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, bridging the gap between current business states and desired end-states.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical design and analysis for end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Build hands-on Proof of Concepts (POC) to validate technical approaches.
• Define the system landscape and identify functional gaps.
• Design and execute Salesforce org merges, integrations, and data migration strategies.
• Manage technical delivery within an onsite-offshore model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture roles.
• Mandatory Salesforce Architect certifications.
• Mandatory expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Proficiency in Apex APIs, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Apex Web Services.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, and Oracle.
• Experience with Salesforce configurations, Visualforce, Flex, and S-controls.
• Deep understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and system integrations.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Implementation expertise in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience with retail banking domain solutions.
