Description

You will own the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise implementations, including developing Proofs of Concepts (PoCs) to validate decisions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in security, integration, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and the Salesforce security model.
• Expertise in data modeling, data migration strategies, and performance tuning.
• Experience with MuleSoft, AWS services, and other enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, Git, and automated deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in banking and financial services environments or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
