You will lead the design and technical delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical requirements gathering and design workshops to define architecture specifications.
• Design Salesforce solutions that integrate into client ecosystems using APIs and middleware.
• Develop custom platform solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Automate complex business processes using Flows, Process Builder, Assignment Rules, and email alerts.
• Mentor technical teams and oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with functional and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Lightning architecture.
• Proven ability to manage Salesforce Governor limits and perform system optimization.
• Experience with external data integration via Salesforce APIs and middleware tools.
• Expertise in advanced customization and Salesforce automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
