You will lead the technical design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical requirements gathering and design workshops to define architecture and specifications.
• Design Salesforce architectures that integrate seamlessly into existing client ecosystems.
• Develop custom platform solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Automate complex business processes using Flows, Process Builder, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts.
• Mentor technical teams and oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Proven ability to manage Salesforce.com Governor limits and perform system optimization.
• Experience with external data integration using Salesforce APIs and middleware tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Lightning, and Sales Cloud.
• Ability to design integrations within complex ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
