Description

Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and define org-level technical strategy for environments with over 300 users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications using out-of-the-box features and configuration principles to respect Salesforce governor limitations.
• Manage complex data migrations into the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle and SAP.
• Define systems strategy, requirements, prototyping, and testing plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years of technical leadership setting Salesforce best practices and org strategy.
• 5+ years leading enterprise implementations with 300+ users.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScript, and Force.com.
• Strong foundation in Java and structured programming.
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts, structures, and system analysis.
• Experience with web services and data transport technologies in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing at least one complex data migration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft integration.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs.
