Responsibilities
Architect complex technical solutions using Salesforce and related technologies.
Perform hands-on implementation and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and admins through technical and functional guidance.
Design end-to-end integration solutions with cross-functional teams and third-party systems.
Evaluate new Salesforce releases to recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in IT or Systems Application Development.
Minimum 5 years in a Salesforce architecture role.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification.
Expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning components.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like MuleSoft.
Proficiency with ANT, SFDC Metadata API, GitHub, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience architecting solutions aligned with Contact Center capabilities, including AWS Connect, Service Cloud Voice, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proven supervisory experience leading developers and administrators.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
