Description

Architect and lead scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
• Translate complex business requirements into maintainable Apex, LWC, Flow, and Visualforce code.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the platform.
• Manage technical debt, platform optimization, and environment/release management using DevOps practices.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership during discovery and POC phases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple domain architect certifications.
• Experience with multi-currency environments.
• Strong knowledge of code versioning, deployment methodologies, and agile processes using Jira and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentforce, Salesforce AI, MuleSoft, Informatica, or NetZero Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Gearset or documentation tools like Lucid and Confluence.
