Description

You will lead the design, development, and launch of Salesforce solutions for a global team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive complete technical architecture, including data flow and integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Develop conceptual design documents and technical requirements for business and technical audiences.
• Execute independent Proof of Concepts (POCs) for architecture and integration concepts to transition to scrum teams.
• Perform org health checks, assessing configurations, customizations, and security.
• Guide clients on IT and Salesforce practices while assisting technical leads with architecture roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software project implementations related to CRM/Service Cloud business scenarios.
• 6+ years of experience in senior technical lead or architecture roles within the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Flows, and Triggers.
• Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APIs, and Web Services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration.
• Proven track record of working on at least 3 Salesforce projects.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with CTI, ERP, and legacy applications.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 & 2.
• Salesforce Application and System Architect certification (L1-SJ2).
