Description

Lead technical delivery and architecture strategy for Salesforce rollouts and integrated solutions. You will map business processes to Salesforce capabilities, define technical strategies, and manage the release process across environments.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions for Sales, Service, and platform requirements.
• Map business processes and automation requirements to data models, role hierarchies, and security models.
• Define technical architecture strategies, design-for-adoption plans, and development standards.
• Review solution designs and code to recommend improvements and ensure best practices.
• Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment workflows.

• 10+ years of experience leading Salesforce project deliveries.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience Cloud certification.
• CRM Analytics certification.
• Salesforce CPQ certification.
• Platform Developer I certification.
• Platform Developer II certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Designer, Data Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Architecture certifications.
• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or Finance.
• Active involvement in the Salesforce community.
