Drive high-level architecture and technical strategy for the Salesforce platform as a member of the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level architecture and design decisions for the Salesforce platform.
• Perform hands-on development, implementing both custom and out-of-the-box functionality.
• Conduct ongoing environment and platform health assessments.
• Communicate technical strategies and project updates to business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and high-level architecture.
• Proven experience with both custom development and standard out-of-the-box features.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Azure experience.
