Description

Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Own architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with security, performance, and regulatory standards for financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions, developing PoCs to validate architectural choices and accelerate delivery.
• Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to approve designs and validate approaches for new development.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives and enterprise standards.
• Provide hands-on development support, writing Apex code, building Lightning Web Components (LWC), and performing configuration tasks.
• Mentor development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and the Salesforce security model.
• Experience with Mulesoft, AWS services, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Expertise in data modeling, data migration strategies, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for influencing senior leaders.
