Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions while overseeing technical integration across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Develop integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems to ensure data consistency.
• Lead the Salesforce technical team by mentoring developers and guiding project implementation.
• Establish and enforce development standards, code quality practices, and configuration best practices.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security within the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with Salesforce, including architecture and design.
• Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (Sfdc) platform capabilities.
• Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools including Git and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of multi-cloud architecture and integration.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with security and data protection best practices.
