Description

Lead Salesforce architecture, define the platform roadmap, and guide development teams on solution frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance application architecture, providing technical direction to development teams.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate value to stakeholders.
• Analyze user stories to deliver accurate workload estimates and project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Monitor Salesforce releases, new features, and product roadmaps to maintain platform relevance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with full Salesforce implementations, specifically Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect on 2–3 Salesforce CPQ implementation projects.
• Deep knowledge of Quote to Cash systems, including contract/subscription management and invoicing/billing.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Proficiency with SOAP/REST APIs, middleware solutions, and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience working within SCRUM teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to commute to Santa Clara, CA, at least 3 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Experience with Contract and Subscription Management use cases (Net New, Renewal, Amendments).
