Description

Lead the design and strategic implementation of Salesforce platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into client usage to produce findings, recommendations, and solution roadmaps.
• Own the design of Salesforce, Sales, and platform solutions while developing tactical plans.
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes.
• Act as release manager by approving configuration and coded items for deployment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years specifically as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Technical Architect credentials.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom apps, objects, and views.
• Expertise in Salesforce flows, workflows, and formula fields.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong data management abilities and adherence to best practices.
• Experience with Partner Management, Commercial Deals, and Promotion tools.
