Description

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, leading end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop PoCs to validate architectural decisions and accelerate solution delivery.
• Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to approve designs and validate approaches.
• Write Apex code, build Lightning Web Components (LWC), and perform configuration tasks when required.
• Mentor development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

Required Skills

• Deep, hands-on experience in Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and the Salesforce security model.
• Expertise in data modeling, data migration strategies, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Mulesoft, AWS services, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Autorabit for automated deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
