Description

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery, solution design, and integration architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications, data models, and secure sharing architectures.
• Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, or event-driven patterns like Platform Events.
• Own the technical backlog, guide developers on Apex, LWC, and Flows, and conduct rigorous code reviews and technical QA.
• Establish DevOps best practices, manage CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), and ensure compliance with governor limits and security standards.
• Create technical documentation, support L3 production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate solution feasibility.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience with Salesforce, including hands-on enterprise-level implementation.
• Expertise in Apex, triggers, asynchronous operations, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation.
• Strong command of SOQL/SOSL, data modeling, and Salesforce security models (sharing, roles, permission sets).
• Experience with integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit), and microservices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and Git-based workflows, including Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado.
• Skills in application rearchitecting, architecture assessment, capacity planning, and SOA/microservices patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
• Background in solution framework design and NFR (Non-Functional Requirements) analysis.
