Description

Lead technical delivery and architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery, overseeing solution design, development, and integration.
• Architect and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and secure sharing models.
• Establish development best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes including code reviews.
• Mentor developers and administrators while providing L3 support for complex production issues.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience with Salesforce, including hands-on enterprise-level implementations.
• Expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous operations) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong command of integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing architecture, and governor limits.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including data flow diagrams.
• Strong command of SOQL/SOSL and Flows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency with middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Jitterbit.
