Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural strategy and governance frameworks for complex Salesforce projects.
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Architect and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Mentor developers on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and CI/CD best practices.
• Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance against governor limits.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous operations.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and UI development.
• Strong command of SOQL/SOSL for data querying and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit) or similar.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and DevOps workflows.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing architecture, and governor limits.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Technical Architect or Platform Developer II).
• Experience with Platform Events and Streaming API.
