Lead technical design and end-to-end implementation of complex Salesforce projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers through technical mentoring, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Own detailed project design from inception through production support using UML diagrams.
• Manage requirement gathering, discovery, and scope definition for mid-to-large scale projects.
• Ensure system accuracy by implementing proper testing and monitoring performance requirements.
• Oversee environment management, release management, and continuous integration workflows.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience with a focus on Force.com development.
• Extensive experience with Apex classes, LWCs, LDS components, and the Aura framework.
• Hands-on expertise in SFDC configurations including Custom Objects, Custom Settings, Page Layouts, and Sharing Rules.
• Proficiency in automating processes using Workflows, Approval processes, and Validation Rules.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and source control tools such as ANT, GitHub, Jenkins, or Copado.
• Ability to generate and analyze data through Reports and Dashboards.
• Salesforce (SFDC) Certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for working in cross-cultural environments.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations with external business systems.
