You will architect and deliver solutions across complex Salesforce environments, owning the design and development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform using Apex and Visualforce.
• Build and support new applications using the Lightning framework for internal and external users.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes, recommending alternative solution choices and determining trade-offs.
• Support the customer’s integration program, working with integration leads on third-party data exchange.
• Maintain proper documentation for workflow processes, list of values, migration plans, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in custom Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Aura, Flow, LWC, Visualforce, and Process Builder.
• Experience building webservices using SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
• Proficiency in DevOps best practices, CI/CD, and deployment using tools like Git and Bamboo.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Basic Administration, reporting, and general design concepts.
• Ability to support ongoing production Global SFDC instances for business continuity.
