Key Requirements:

• Strong Salesforce architecture and hands-on development experience
• Extensive Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Proven experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage
• Hands-on Salesforce–Genesys/CTI integration experience
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience
• Experience with enterprise integrations, security, data architecture, and performance
• Ability to lead architecture/design discussions and create HLD/LLD documentation
• Experience with contact-center transformation or enterprise CRM modernization is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture
• Design Salesforce and Genesys integration solutions
• Conduct architecture, security, code, and integration reviews
• Establish technical standards and governance
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders on enterprise CRM initiatives

Pre-Screening:

1. Please describe your hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys Cloud/Genesys Engage using CTI.
2. Have you worked with Salesforce Omni-Channel and Genesys agent presence/routing?
3. Please describe your experience with enterprise-scale LWC and asynchronous Apex.
4. Have you implemented Genesys IVR capabilities such as screen pop, ACD, customer identification, and interaction logging with Salesforce
