Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of global Salesforce solutions, owning the end-to-end architectural strategy from concept through production.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and document end-to-end solution designs, including data flows and integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Develop conceptual design documents and detailed configuration specifications for technical teams.
• Execute independent Proof of Concepts (POCs) for architecture and integration concepts.
• Perform org health checks, analyzing configurations, customizations, and security settings.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive technical strategy and mitigate architectural risks.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in software project implementations related to CRM/Service Cloud business scenarios.
• 6+ years of experience in senior technical lead or architecture roles within the Salesforce platform.
• Proven track record of working on at least 3 Salesforce projects.
• Expertise in Lightning/Communities, Apex, Flows, Triggers, and Migration Tools.
• Hands-on coding experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Templates, and Web Services.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with CTI, ERP, and legacy applications.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Database Triggers, and Oracle Application Express.
• Strong ability to create technical requirements and architectural roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 & 2.
• Salesforce Application and System Architect certifications.
