Lead technical architecture and implementation strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem for complex Health Cloud and federal compliance projects.

Design and oversee scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, and API integrations. Manage secure access and data protection via OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce Shield. Drive DevOps practices to ensure stable deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex Salesforce implementations focusing on Health Cloud and federal compliance.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and API integrations.
• Manage secure access and data protection using OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce Shield.
• Drive DevOps practices to ensure stable and efficient deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 5 years in an architect role.
• Deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and API integrations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield, OAuth, and SSO.
• Proven experience navigating federal compliance standards.
• Experience with large-scale healthcare systems.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Health Cloud certification.
• Experience with GovCloud and HL7.
