You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical development and integration efforts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Lead technical development and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage and mentor L2 support teams to ensure system uptime and performance.
• Drive ITIL-based service management best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years as an Architect.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Proven experience managing L2/L3 support or operations teams.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
