Description

You will own the technical architecture and delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across multi-org enterprise environments.
• Define and enforce data modeling, security models, and sharing visibility strategies.
• Architect API-led integrations and event-driven systems using Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
• Establish DevOps governance, including Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and static code analysis.
• Mentor distributed engineering teams and drive technical decision-making with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud platform capabilities.
• Experience with middleware platforms and integration patterns (MuleSoft preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and release management strategies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or System Architect certification.
• Exposure to Experience Cloud, CPQ, FSL, or Data Cloud.
