You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into system specifications, validating feasibility with architects against Salesforce capabilities.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams on sprint planning, backlog grooming, and validating functionality during system testing.
• Act as the communication liaison between Product Owners, SMEs, and development teams, managing expectations around scope and risk.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and maintain functional documentation traceability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience as a Salesforce BA, Tech BA, or hybrid Admin/BA.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce features including Flows, Reports/Dashboards, and Data Model.
• Understanding of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns like REST/SOAP.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Lucidchart.
• Experience utilizing Workbench, Data Loader, and DevOps tools.
• Strong analytical skills for process modeling (AS-IS, TO-BE) and translating requirements to user stories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for US stakeholders.
• Experience working within onsite-offshore Agile teams.
