Description

You act as the technical liaison between business units and development teams for Salesforce implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for developers.
• Perform gap analysis to identify process improvements within Salesforce.
• Configure and test Salesforce features, including objects, workflows, and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain process flows, data maps, and project documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and analyzing.
• Experience with Salesforce API and data migration.
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Ability to manage stakeholder communication and alignment.

Preferred Skills

• Collections/Payments experience.
• Salesforce Certification.
• Scrum Certification.
